A little Fakeaway for your weekend dinner.. ๐๐ง

This Vegan cheeseburger Mac is SOOOOooo GOOD! ๐คค๐คค๐คค & you can always swap out the vegan cheddar for the real deal and opt to have this with beef burgers too! But the vegan version is SUPER TASTY! ๐คค๐คช
Serves 4 and each portion is 510 calories, 24g protein, 39g of carbohydrates and 29g of fat.
Hereโs what youโll need for this one pot wonder! ๐ฆธโโ๏ธ
- 1 tbsp. of oil
- 4 Beyond beef burgers
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsps. of paprika
- 1/2 tbsp. of chilli powder
- Dash of salt and pepper to your preference
- 2 tbsps. of plain flour
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 2 & 1/2 cups of boiling water
- 2 vegetable stock cubes
- 2 cups of macaroni pasta
- 150g of vegan grated cheddar
1. To a hot pan with the oil, add in the beyond burgers, minced garlic and diced red onion and mash to a mince like consistency, cooking on a low-medium heat with the lid on for 5-8 minutes.
2. Next, add in the seasonings, flour, oat milk, water and stock cubes and mix well cooking for a further 2-3 minutes.
3. Bring the macaroni pasta into the pan and bring to a boil before reducing to simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes. If you prefer your mac more โal denteโ then cook off for 8-9 minutes.
4. Stir through the grated cheese and once melted, bowl up your cheese burger mac and enjoy! ๐งโ๐ณ๐ค

Itโs week 6! ๐ซก๐๐ผ
And my weight has pretty much stayed the same with only a small decrease last check-in (59.5kg-59.3kg) โบ๏ธ
Cardio has increased this week by an additional 5 minutes so I am covering 210 minutes weekly or 30 daily separate to the 5 x workouts where I can ๐ซก
๐ช๐ผ Still managing to increase the weights on some lifts which Iโm really happy and surprised with! ๐BUT oh am I more tired this weekโฆ.๐
๐๐ผ All the same: loving the control and loving the process!๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ

Hello WEEK 5! ๐๐ผ
We are mid cycle BUT this week saw another little loss (60.2kg-59.5kg) so Iโm not mad ๐
๐๐ผWorkouts have increased x 1 (my request๐)
And cardio is 15 minutes daily steady state which I AM LOVING! ๐ฅฐ

๐๐ Still eating the rainbow at 1,800 calories a day!! ๐คค
