Our students from the University of the Third Age have successfully completed an inspiring Erasmus+ mobility in Istanbul, Türkiye.

This international experience provided much more than the opportunity to visit a new country. It was a valuable journey of cultural exchange, language learning, and personal growth.

Participants strengthened their communication skills, explored a new culture, shared their own traditions, and built meaningful connections with people from different backgrounds.

The mobility once again proved that learning has no age limit. Erasmus+ empowers older learners to remain active, curious, and engaged while promoting intercultural dialogue, inclusion, and lifelong learning across Europe.

🇪🇺🇹🇷 Erasmus+ Adult Education Mobility in Istanbul.

We were honoured to host the students from the University of The Third Age from Poland here in Turkey.
Our Erasmus+ adult education exchange in Istanbul was a wonderful opportunity to learn, share experiences, and discover new perspectives.

Throughout the mobility, participants took part in language exchange activities, strengthened their digital competencies, and explored new approaches to adult education.
Working in an international environment allowed us to share experiences, learn from one another, and discover the richness of different cultures.

Beyond the workshops and learning activities, we created meaningful friendships and unforgettable memories that will continue to inspire us in the future.

Our Erasmus+ mobility project brought together senior participants from the University of the Third Age in Gliwice for an unforgettable journey of learning, friendship, and cultural discovery in Istanbul.
Throughout the exchange, participants had the opportunity to:

Modern Youth – Safe Online | Erasmus+ Youth Exchange💻📲🆗

What an incredible week it has been!
Young people from different countries came together for our Erasmus+ Youth Exchange mobility to explore how we can navigate the digital world more safely and responsibly.

Through workshops, discussions, teamwork, and plenty of intercultural activities, participants shared experiences, learned new skills, and gained a better understanding of topics such as online safety, digital wellbeing, and responsible social media use.

The exchange provided a unique opportunity for young people to develop valuable competences, including:

🌍✨We have recently completed 1-week student exchange in beautiful Istanbul as part of the Erasmus+ program. What an incredible journey it has been! This project brought Polish and Turkish students together to learn, share, and grow. It helped to build lasting friendships through the Polish-Turkish Educational Challenge🇵🇱🤝🇹🇷

🌈Through daily team activities, we completely broke down cultural and language barriers.
📚We improved our language skills and gained confidence in international teamwork.
👁️Exploring the history and sights of Istanbul we discovered a lot of interesting things and broaden our minds.
🪷We expressed our biggest emotions on canvas! This creative exercise helped us relax, bond, and reflect on our personal well-being.
Our group of students received great unforgettable emotions and a brand-new perspective on the world.
We look forward to many more opportunities to learn, grow, and build bridges between Poland and Turkey.🤝❤️
