The simultaneous defense against a punch attack relies on several key elements. First, knowing how to punch correctly. Second, the ability to dodge and move your head out of the attack line while maintaining a stable base during the shift. Simultaneous defense involves a block and counterattack at the same time against a straight punch. In Krav Maga, the block itself is to be considered an attack. Following this simultaneous counter-offensive, we can finish in various ways. The simplest method is to continue with two straight punches.
