Even the great Mo, needs a training partner. Training together, with someone who can keep up with you, or you can keep up with, is so important in training......

As a coach, I'm trying to create a sense of brotherhoold and sisterhood between the runners. It doesn't matter what's a runner's record. What matters is, that he/she's doing as best as he/she could. Do your best, always! Also, I think a runner who just because of his/her record, becomes arrogant, is not worth respect...............
Modesty is a great virtue, and that's what I heard about in Botswana.
