Maçlarda kullandığım birkaç pozisyonu paylaşmak istedim, umarım işinize yarar:
1. Split Squad > Half Butterfly Pass
2. Güreşirken grip fight örneği — inside pozisyonun önemi.
3. En çok kullandığım back defansı — ikinci hook’un girmesini engelleyip kalçayı tekrar kaldırmaya çalışıyorum.
4. Atak serisi: Underhook > Guillotine > Mount > Back.
Umarım birilerinin işine yarar ve kullanır. En sevdiğim sözlerden biriyle noktalıyorum — “Daha ileri gitmeyeceksek buraya neden geldik?” 🌸🌸

First and foremost, I want to thank my coaches , all my teammates at , and everyone who supported me 🙏🏼

I also want to give a special thank you to my coach .tr for the support during my preparation.
I wanted to share a few positions from my matches to give some insight:
1. Split Squad > Half Butterfly Pass
2. A grip fight example while wrestling — the importance of inside position.
3. My most used back defense — blocking the second hook from coming in and trying to re-elevate the hips.
4. An attack chain: Underhook > Guillotine > Mount > Back.
