Dün gerçek bir doğa dostu olan altın kalpli arkadaşımız İsmet İnan'ı kaybettik. Türk dağ kayağı camiası çok değerli bir öncüsünü kaybederken bizler hem can dostumuzu, takım arkadaşımızı ve dağlarımızdaki partnerimizi kaybetmiş olduk.
Hep o koca kalbin, cesaretin ve bizim ile paylaştığın güzel dostluğun ile hatırlanacaksın.

Turkish Skimountaineering community have lost one of its Women Pionier and we have lost a true friend, teammate with a big heart. She will be dearly missed.

Freeride Skiing at Home ⛷🎿

One of the best moments in ski touring is the joy of couloir skiing on your way back ⛷

Here’s a snow white to March 2018. We had a memorable climb up Erciyes Peak with together with , the one and only mountain tour guide lady of Turkey. 🎿

Erciyes Peak (3917 m), the highest peak in Central Anatolia, rises 25 km south of Kayseri in Turkey. The peak of the mountain, an extinct volcano, is covered with snow throughout the year, and there is a 1 km-long glacier in the northern region of the mountain. We climbed up the Devil’s River route. It started to snow with a heavy wind half way through our route. We then continued climbing up with our skis on our back. The heavy wind turned into a strong storm as we got closer to the peak. We did not reach the peak but we experienced an epic climb up the Erciyes Peak. It’s not always about reaching your destination in nature, it’s enjoying the journey that you’re experiencing in pure silence. ❄️
