Can anyone relate? 🤔

Isn’t it crazy that I have actually spent money to by this device to block me from using Instagram and other social media apps.

How hard it is to find the right balance between ‘working’ and simply scrolling for the sake of quick entertainment.

I would love to hear from anyone who also find themselves in this situation. Let me know what you think in the comments!

No back up plan, just commitment to what I felt in my heart was the right path for me.

At times it’s been hard, at times I’ve felt like giving up, but there is no alternative for me.

I think it’s easy for us all to take where we are at in life for granted sometimes and truth be told, if you had told a younger Ryan that I would be in the position I am in now i don’t think he would believe it.

But the dream is ever evolving 🔥

I am at peace with where I am at right now, but there’s a fire in me that wants to see just how far I can go.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.

This year, it means something very different to me.

On May 3rd, I reached a place I never thought I would. A place that, at the time, felt completely hopeless, like there was no possible way forward.

Four months later, I’m incredibly grateful that I’m still here.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that saying “I’m fine” when you’re not doesn’t make the problem disappear. Asking for help isn’t something to be ashamed of. Therapy has genuinely changed my life, and I wish I’d actually honestly opened up much sooner…

So check in on your mates. Check in on the people who always seem okay.

But don’t forget to check in with yourself too.

You are loved. Your story isn’t over.

Keep going. You got this.

CABLE CARNIVAL 2026 💥

There’s a new King in town 👑

It’s quite a surreal feeling to be walking away crowned King of the Carnival this year. Towards the beginning of this year I didn’t even know if I would be around to see another Cable Carnival.

I feel so unbelievably blessed to be in this position. To set up events like this is far beyond my wildest childhood dreams. I love to see the next generation getting stuck in and getting sendy!

So for now, back to the drawing board to see what new crazy ideas we can come up with! What / who do you want to see in the Carnival next year? 👀
