Linda is a yoga teacher from Sweden that has relocated to the wonderful island of Tobago.
Teaching all year around at Castara Retreat with local yoga teacher Judha Linda started her yoga pratice around 2004 and has since then practied for various teachers and traditions. She had her own yoga studio in Malmö, Sweden for 3 1/2 years then made the transition to live in the Caribbean.
