It's always a special time when we get to commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🩷🩷🩷
For almost 12 wonderful years we have done our Zumba with Nadia Party in Pink classes without fail. This year hits a different kind of high 🩷🩷🩷 because we have a student who's family member received the amazing news of ALL CLEAR for her battle with a different form of cancer.
We take any and all wins AS A TEAM. In this class, we are always wishing each other the bestest best best.
You see, the trick to life is using the currency of good vibes and loving prayers. NO NEGATIVITY IS EVER ALLOWED TO LIVE HERE. This is the Happy Train 🚂🚂🚂 All for one and one for all 💝💝💝 Thank you for making Class 3 ever so special for this month. I feel so so humbled and grateful to all of you!
Next week is Zumba-ween, Pink-o-ween and Fun-o-ween wrapped up as one ok. Dress up and make this class your own. Costumes are welcome but not mandatory. It's just a little fun to keep our stuff from dry-rotting in the closet. Stop waiting for an occasion to dress up. People always have the most to say when you putting your best foot and face forward. I simply doh business bout anybody and their opinions.
This is MY CLASS AND MY RULES APPLY. Don't allow people to make you stop showing up for YOU. Life rel damn short and I am not rolling with anybody who scared of people opinions. So what if they say things??? So freakin' what???!!!! That ain't nun ah your business always. That's their negative mindset and they need to deal with themselves.
You focus on you and I promise every little thing gonna be alright when you switch to loving ALL PARTS OF YOU... The hip dips, the scars, your teeth, your smile, your hair... ALL OF IT... That is YOURS... Don't let anyone sn**ch your happy from you. Baby, you were born this way!!!!
