We are pleased to announce our re-opening effective immediately with a YEAR END RATE of $400 till Dec 31st.

With stringent anti-covid protocols in place and unbeatable membership rates, Life Fitness Club has always proven to offer A-class equipment at the most competitive rates.

Everyone is expected to do their part to ensure a safe gathering for all members whilst we persevere through these challenging times.

We are please to announce that as of tomorrow (22nd June 2020) we will be open back for business..

Now with that being said and we all are excited we must remember to follow the covid
Guidelines for the gym.
All members have a 1 HOUR TRAINNING SESSION.
Only 25 people are allowed. You can call to make an appointment if required.
ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THE NEW COVID GUIDELINES
We advise to walk with your own SANITIZER.
Mask must be on before entering the gym.
Social distance must be followed. 6ft apart.
Must wash/sanitize hands before entering
If you have any flu like symptoms Dont come to the gym (management and staff have rights to refuse entry)
Members must Clean equipments before and after used this is MANDATORY!!!
We will be posting updates as we go ahead.

All Members, please be guided that our INTRO Spin Schedule is as follows:
Morning Classes: MON.WED and FRI @ 9am
Evening Classes: MON . WED & THURS @ 6.30 pm

Also note, this schedule and times can change as we fine tune the schedule to accommodate our members.Also, note that this service is FREE to OUR MEMBERS....So come out and have fun!
