Our Boys’ Developmental Programme uses gymnastics-based training to build the fundamentals that transfer into almost every sport - strength, coordination, agility, balance, flexibility and body control.

Before specialising, we focus on building the athlete first.

Gold Medal Gymnastics 2026 - Thank You! ⭐️

We recently spent an invaluable week training with the team at goldmedalteamsny , focused on upgrading, sharpening and polishing our athletes’ skills.

Our gymnasts embraced the intensity of the experience, demonstrating resilience, discipline and a strong willingness to learn. Our coaches were equally engaged - strengthening their knowledge in key areas such as spotting, drilling, skill progression and athlete development.

Opportunities like these are an important investment in the continued growth of our programme. The knowledge gained will be brought home, shared across our coaching team and incorporated into our training systems as we continue to raise the standard of gymnastics at TWAA.

Thank you to the Gold Medal Gymnastics team for your guidance, hospitality and commitment to our development. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
