⭐ Rating: 8.5/10

This burger was a really good one! The beef patty was tasty, and the balance between the beef and the other ingredients was just right. But the real standout for us? The plantain! It added something special to the burger and definitely helped make this one memorable.

Overall, a delicious burger and a solid 8.5/10! 🍔🔥

DAY 4/7 in Tobago 🇹🇹

A little family getaway at Tropikist Beach Resort! From the beautiful scenery to the food, pool, beach, and the convenience of an all-inclusive stay, we truly enjoyed our time here.

Day 3/7 in Tobago

Homeschooling beyond the workbook! Today, the kids got their hands dirty, planted in the garden Tropikist Beach Hotel & Resort , and learned a little about sustainability.

Because sometimes, the best lessons happen outside the classroom!

Welcome to Day 2 of our 7-day Tobago adventure!

Today was a homeschool day, and honestly, I’m loving how different homeschooling feels when you’re on vacation.

We’re staying Tropikist Beach Hotel & Resort , and so far, the best part has been not having to worry about the everyday stuff.

No cooking.
No cleaning.
No figuring out what everybody is eating.

Just waking up, enjoying each other, and actually having time to breathe.

But of course… the schoolwork still has to get done. 😂

So we pulled out the workbooks, got everybody settled, and did a little homeschooling right here in Tobago.

And this is one of the things I love about homeschooling, learning doesn’t have to happen in one particular place.

Today it was workbooks at the resort, tomorrow it might be something completely different.

Because when you’re homeschooling, the world really can become your classroom. 🌴📚
