Congratulations to Coaches Neil, Andrew and Richard on their performances during the recently concluded ITF Masters Tournament hosted by the Tranquillity Tennis Club. The trio won the following titles;

Neil - Over 60’s Singles, Over 60 Doubles RU
Andrew - Over 35’s Singles and Doubles
Richard - Over 50’s Singles, Over 35’s Doubles, Over 35’s Mixed Doubles.

Congratulations to TPA’s Cruz Thornton on his performances at the Copa Palmas del Caribe and Puerto Rico Bowl, held in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Cruz reached the Doubles Final and Singles Semi-Final at the Copa Palmas del Caribe and then went a step further at the Puerto Rico Bowl, winning the Doubles and Runner-Up in the Singles. Well done! 👏🏽🏆🎾

Huge congratulations to Austin Ward, Amelia Woo, Daniel Ward and Holden Hadeed on being selected to the Trinidad and Tobago National U12 Teams!! They will compete at the U12 SR4 Championships in the summer. Well done, we are very proud!!

Calling all junior tennis players! The Tennis Patrons Academy is very excited to announce our upcoming Lease Operators Junior Tennis Tournament 2026. This annual event is a staple on the local tennis calendar, and this year we are adding a new and exciting dimension - clay courts! Come and test your skills on this new surface and have a blast doing it!! Entry links in our Bio!!

Best of luck to our TPA players who are in action this week at the JITIC tournament in El Salvador. This is the premier U14 competition for the COTECC region. Eli Paty and Suri Ramcharan are representing Team Trinidad 🇹🇹 and Cruz Thornton is representing Barbados 🇧🇧 with Coach Andrew traveling as the Barbados Captain. They will compete with the region’s best in Singles and Doubles this week 👏🏽🔥🇹🇹🇧🇧🎾

Huge Congratulations to Suri on winning her first COTECC Singles title at the Trinity Cup! She also claimed the Doubles title to bring home the double crown 👏🏽👏🏽. Other TPA players winning silverware - Ryan won the boys doubles title (second tournament win in a row) and Austin was the back draw singles runner-up.

Well done, we are all very proud of you! Keep it up! 🏆👏🏽🔥

Huge congrats to Romina who won the ITF J60 Singles title here in Trinidad! She trained with TPA during the tournament (specifically Coach Lee-Anne) and we can’t thank her enough for taking the time to speak to our juniors about her experiences and training habits. Some of the juniors were lucky enough to train with her throughout the week. She’s currently up to a career-high ranking of #277 and we hope to see her on TV soon on the WTA Tour! You are always welcome here at TPA and in Trinidad ❤️🎾🏆

Our kids had a great week at the U14 and U12 International events hosted by Barbados Tennis Association . The U14 players competed in a COTECC tournament, while the U12’s had the opportunity to take part in a regional development camp, led by the ITF Officer for the Caribbean, followed by a singles tournament. It was a great experience for all! Special mention to our prize winners;
