F.A.C.T.I.O.N Fitness is geared towards providing an ALTERNATIVE WAY OF EXERCISING!! It is a brand of fitness that includes traditional resistance exercise routines mixed in with functional and core exercises. It can be used by anyone with varying levels of fitness. We use The Fitness Centre Maraval Branch for the indoor training, and anywhere and everywhere for the outdoor sessions.
