For students, Discipline means respecting the process—listening carefully, practicing with focus, and giving your best effort each time.
Commitment means trusting that the hours you invest will transform you, not just as a dancer but as a person who knows how to persevere and rise to challenges.

We celebrate our dedicated dance teacher currently balancing the study of medicine with the study/teaching of ballet.
Medicine demands precision, discipline and an unwavering commitment to understanding the human body, while ballet channels those same qualities into movement, grace, and storytelling. Together, they reflect two sides of the same coin—one focused on preserving life, the other on celebrating it. She serves as an inspiration to our students that two rigorous disciplines can be pursued with equal success.
