You’re invited to our Nutrition Workshop & Official Briefing, in collaboration with DM Nutrition, happening at Zion Fitness House – Sun Plaza on Saturday 17th January.

This session is compulsory for all challengers and will set the foundation for your journey ahead — covering key nutrition guidelines, expectations, and everything you need to know moving forward.

NME6 T-shirts will also be distributed at this meeting, so don’t miss it.
