Eating sensible is beneficial fruits vegetables, little meat ,beans, peas ,water . Try and avoid the pastries ,ice cream, KFC, Chinese .
If you really want it that bad just do it and stay with it .Your friends will encourage you , envious people will detract and give stupid reasons why you shouldn't.
I want to make a challenge to all the meat eaters in Trinidad and Tobago.Stay off meat for one week eat lots of fruits and vegetables drink lots of water .Write back to me and tell me how you feel .Give it a try people.
No say you can't have a little snack once or twice a week , just a little.
It's advisable if you are training outdoors have lots of water
Study everything but don't worry about anything . Believe me it's hard to do.
Take at least 3 hours every day for yourself if you can't , then you are living in someone else's world .
careful with all those supplement they may at times put your body out of balance , try and eat balance meals .
It is about time ppl understand that up to date machines and pretty weights wouldn't give you that body you desire .
People training hard for carnival and going on diet , carnival done and they are done with training too until next carnival . This is bad for your health .
Don't stop when carnival's over keep yourself in good health
