Today August 8th is an extremely high vibrational day.
It is a day that can help you emotionally, physically, and spiritually prepare for the next chapter in your lives.
Because of the high energy and potency of the day. You may experience a bit of
>> Feeling more emotional and tearful.
>> Physiological symptoms may manifest, such as flu-like symptoms, ear-ringing, or aches and pains.
>> Temporary loss of memories, forgetting things, misplacing items.
>> Time appearing to go extremely slow or fast.
>> Seemingly “out the blue” bouts of loneliness, anxiety, stress, irritability, frustration, sadness, nervousness, worry, fear, grief, overwhelm, and sudden mood swings.
>> Sensitive to light, tastes, touch, and noise—particularly tones of voice.
>> Feeling as though huge change is about to happen.
>> Chronic fatigue; being around other people
To help with these symptoms here are a few things you can do :
>> Drink plenty of filtered water (not tap water).
>> Take saltwater baths.
>> Meditate and remain aware of reoccurring thoughts and feelings.
>> Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
>> Spend time in nature.
>> Consume high-vibrational foods, such as fruit and vegetables

Who is this lady you have become or are becoming?
5 years ago I was an undervalued, insecure and timid lady, who knew her worth, knew what she wanted but was afraid to truly step into and walk confidently in her power.
I knew how to negotiate my terms of happiness, always evident in my smile, but was slowly losing some of my deepest value, peace, joy and radiant health.
I remember back then being at my highest weight ever in life of 180lbs, I still can't believe.
I was extremely stressed, had swollen feet every day and using all the wrong foods to self medicate. Ice cream, cake, and wafers became my favorite jam to drown my frustration of a terrible day at the job.
I was grateful to have a roof over my head, more than enough food to eat and just enough money to keep me looking good and struggling to pay bills.
I needed that job but wasn't assertive enough to stand up and be respected for what I brought to the table . I felt struck and beaten with no way out but to grin and bare it.
Grin and bare it I did, "tippy toeing" around trying to please and be liked by all those concerns. I honestly felt I had absolutely no option. How wrong I was then.
My blood pressure was sky high on my visit to the doctor. Her concern was simple getting me straight to the hospital. I begged her not to send me but instead to take my medication immediately and spend the entire day at the clinic being monitored by the nurses.
That episode started the shift.
Prayers coupled with many other things, including getting clear on my purpose, being willing to love and respect my identity,hiring a coach , taking a no nonsense approach to my health by consiously carving out time for both physical and spiritual rejuvenation, making additional investment in my education, getting out of my comfort zone and confidently stepping into who I was created to be, to name a few is what now brought me to this lady five years later.
Today I can with poised and quiet confidence give gratitude to the creator in answering my prayers, helping me navigate the challenging process and , learn the many lessons.
I now share speaking platforms as an International Speaker and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach helping ambitious and overworked women to rejuvenate, gain clarity in their diet and find confidence in themselves through aromatherapy massages, nutrition, body-mind connection and gratitude.

Self Introductions
When introducing yourself whether in person or over the phone, don’t give yourself a courtesy title. Simply say “I am (or this is)…. (Your name and surname)”. It’s not proper to refer to yourself as “Miss”, “Ms.” or “Mrs.” or even “Sir”. But it is for someone else to give you the courtesy title. I’ve learnt a lot from now deceased former Governor General Sir Paul. He would call my office for assistance with any of his activities, (to which he was entitled as a former GG), he would say, “this is Paul Scoon.” “My response would be “Good day Sir Paul”, or “How may I help you today, Sir Paul?” If you don’t know someone’s title, use the common “Ms” or “Sir”, or ask them, “how may I address you?” You might get a little story, (“people call me….” or “I’ve been knighted by the Queen…” but in the process, you’ll learn.

Snapshot of the ending of the IWoman Conference with a few of the participants. I can't wait to get the professional shots of all those brilliant and amazing women who filled the room with their positive energies hungry to inspire and to be empowered.
Empowering it was, with some incredible ladies sharing their amazingly powerful story of how they overcame and found personal success on their own terms with the power of Almighty God.
I was honored to share my story of how I struggled and refuse to allow limiting beliefs to define who I am. Later I was delighted to lead the entire conference in a powerful mind-body connection exercise to release their present limiting beliefs .
One words for this conference INCREDIBLE!

It's another Meatless Monday in this Swinging Summer season with spirits of all kinds soaring in the Caribbean, from Christmas in July in Trinidad, to Carnival in Pure Grenada and Crop Over in Barbados to name a free.
