BACOLET, Tobago - The Tobago T10 Community Windball Cricket League concluded yesterday, October 12th, with Kabs Solutions Roxborough Gunners lifting their first-ever championship title in the tournament’s history.

Led by captain Jahron Alfred, the Roxborough Gunners defeated the previously unbeaten Patience Hill Mumbai by eight wickets in a thrilling grand final at the Parade Grounds, Bacolet.

Over $30,000 in cash prizes were distributed, with the champions walking away with $10,000. Alfred capped off an outstanding tournament by being named Most Valuable Player (MVP), while Renelle Reid was recognized as the Best Female Player.

Tournament organizer Marcus Daniel described this year’s edition as one of the most competitive and engaging seasons to date. He extended congratulations to Roxborough Gunners for their historic victory and expressed gratitude to all participating teams and sponsors for their continued support.

“This year’s tournament truly reflected the spirit of community and sportsmanship,” Daniel said. “I want to thank our sponsors and every team for embracing the vision of bringing communities together through windball cricket.”

Looking ahead, Daniel expressed optimism for greater financial backing and increased community participation in next year’s tournament, as efforts continue to grow and strengthen the sporting landscape across Tobago.
