🏃‍♂️🔥 TECU CREDIT UNION 5K – HILLS AFTER HILLS AFTER HILLS! 😭😂

Oh my gosh! When I tell you guys this course was BRUTAL, I mean it! 😂

Over 800 participants came out this morning at Petrotrin, Pointe-à-Pierre, and I know plenty of them were asking themselves, “Why did I come out here to suffer this morning?” 🤣

That first hill alone was almost 1KM long! I personally named that hill THANOS, because boy, it nearly wiped me out! 💀😂 And when you thought the climbing was over, MORE HILLS!

Despite all the suffering, your Number One Cameraman managed to secure 2nd place overall, finishing behind Donnell Francis in 1st, with Raheem taking 3rd! 🥈🔥

A big thank you to TECU Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited for inviting me and Pace Link Run Club to be part of this wonderful event. Truly appreciated! ❤️

🎥 Here's a look at the race start! All 800 participants heading off to face THANOS and the rest of those wicked hills! 😂

If you ran this morning, tell me something... HOW ARE YOUR LEGS FEELING? 🤣👇

Number One Cameraman was on the scene again! 🎥🔥

This afternoon we made our way to the Queen’s Park Savannah to capture the start of the T&T Together: Glow in Motion 5K 🇹🇹

And trust me, the vibes were there! Glow sticks, glow rings, DJs, plenty energy and a nice little after-party to finish things off. Everybody came out glowing and ready to enjoy themselves.

Big congratulations to Power Pair Production for putting together a well-organized event, with Flash Finish Tech handling the timing. 👏🏽

🥉💗 BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO KATHY-ANN LEWIS!

We have to give this young lady her flowers! Kathy-Ann Lewis, one of our PaceLink runners, finished 3rd overall female at the Pink Run 5K. 👏🏽🔥

And what makes this one special is knowing where she started. When Kathy-Ann first joined us, she was running around 38 minutes for 5K. Today, she's running in the 24-minute range and now making her way onto the podium.

Trust me, it didn't happen overnight. Early mornings, putting in her miles, speed sessions, gym work, watching what she eats and, most importantly, just showing up and doing the work week after week.

Kathy-Ann, you earned this one! 🥉❤️

And for anybody watching this short clip who feels like they're not improving fast enough keep going. Your 38 minutes today could eventually become 24 minutes too. Just keep showing up and putting in the work.

Congratulations again, Kathy-Ann! 👏🏽🔥
PaceLink proud! 💙🏃🏽‍♀️

🏆💗 ALEXIA JOHN WINS THE PINK RUN 5K! 💗🏆

What a performance from Alexia John! Out of over 1,500 participants, Alexia was the first person across the finish line, taking the overall win at the Pink Run 5K! 🔥

From start to finish, she took control of the race and never looked back. A dominant performance and another reminder of the quality of athletes we have right here in Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹.
