🎾 PLAYERS’ EDUCATION FORUM | COTECC SUB-REGION 4 U12

Beyond the competition, our young players are gaining knowledge that will help them grow both on and off the court. 💡🎾

World Tennis Development Officer, Evan Heyliger, leads a fully interactive Players’ Education Forum for the athletes competing in the COTECC Sub-Region 4 U12 Regional Qualifiers, hosted at the National Racquet Center, Tacarigua.

These engaging sessions take place every day after matches are completed, giving players the opportunity to reflect, learn, ask questions and gain valuable insights into their development as young athletes.

As part of the COTECC Sub-Region 4 Competition at the National Racquet Centre, Tacarigua, parents participated in an engaging Parents Education Forum led by Evan Heyliger, World Tennis Development Officer.

The forum provided valuable insight into the important role parents play in supporting young athletes and creating a positive environment for their development both on and off the court.

The panel featured President of the Trinidad and Tobago Tennis Association, Hayden Mitchell, and Tournament Director, Dunstan De Noon, who shared their perspectives and experiences with parents.

Together, we’re building not just better players, but better athletes and stronger tennis communities. 💙
