Congratulations to TYLA HO A SHU of RWB Aquatic Academy on lowering her 50m breaststroke 15-17 and open national short course record.
Swimming for at the Tidal Wave Aquatics Interzone Schools’ Swim Meet on Sunday October 30th at the National Aquatic Centre Couva, Tyla won gold in 33.19 to smash her old time of 33.59 which she set back in July.

Ms Esther Lewis (right hand side of the video) has been with us for the past 2 months. She suffers from chronic arthritis after a long spat of medical illness and hospitalization.
Her initial movements in the pool were just walking the length with different types of strides. She is now keeping up with the pack...... Way to GO!!!! Ms Esther .......... Aqua Running Interval Training .... Tue and Thurs 7pm @ Centre of Excellence pool
