We’ll like to apologize for the late post. As well all know gyms are allowed to be reopened from Monday 26th October, 2020. Now, with this specific restriction lifted, means that all members of the gym must follow the protocols and guidelines laid out, such as:
☑️Washing of hands upon entry of the gym.
☑️Mask must be worn in the gym at all times.
☑️Get temperature checked at front desk.
☑️Sanitize machines before and after use.
☑️Workouts are limited to one hour.
☑️Used paper towels are to be disposed in the bins provided.
☑️If an individual know they are not feeling well please refrain from training at the gym until you are in a better condition.
☑️No loitering in the gym or on the compound before or after workouts.
The gym is opened from 6:00am to 10:00pm.
Remember we are all in this together, so take your precautionary measures.

Hey, we are reopening today so please adhere to the guidelines upon entry of the gym, duration in the gym and exiting of the gym. Remember we are all in this together so please look out for yourself and others, this is the new normal. Thanks for your understand and co-operation.

Valued Customers, as well all know that the world is currently in a global crisis due to the Coronavirus also known as the COVID-19. Our Prime Minister is urging the citizens to take precautionary measures to keep our staff, our customers, their families and relatives safe. Due to this concern the Management and Staff of TSI Health and Fitness Gym has taken the initiative to close until further notice.
