When I was about 15 years old, my father gave me a piece of advice that has guided my entire life:

"Do something you love, and you'll never really work a day in your life."

He told me not to wait until I was older, burdened by responsibilities and obligations, wishing I had taken a chance on the things that made me come alive.

I've carried that advice with me ever since.

It shaped the professions I've chosen. It shaped the risks I've taken. It shaped the passions I've pursued.

Sport. Coaching. Art. Photography.

None of it has always been easy, but all of it has been worth it.

The older I get, the more I realize that success isn't simply about the result. It's about having the courage to keep showing up for the things you love, even when the outcome is uncertain.

And along the way, you discover something else:

The people who encourage you, support you, and help you through difficult moments are worth more than any achievement.

Life is too short to spend it disconnected from what brings you joy.

10 Years. Aries Sports Performance.
I opened these doors with belief. Nothing else was guaranteed.
There were people who doubted me. People who tried to discredit me. People who openly & quietly hoped I would fail. My name was tested. My resolve was tested. My faith was tested.

But pressure does not break a man who knows who he is. It reveals him.
Through Covid-19.
Through betrayal.
Through disrespect.
Through isolation.
I stood.
I built.
I endured.

And in the middle of that fight, something powerful happened.
Athletes trusted me with their dreams.
Clients trusted me with their health.
Strangers became brothers and sisters.
Support came from places I never expected.
When the noise was loud, the work was louder.

This was never given.
