Dear you.......,
I know you're tired, stressed, maybe broke. Maybe just mentally done, or maybe you don't even have time to breathe.
But listen... you don't need to be perfect.
You just need to try today.
If you can... still try.
Not everything. Just one thing.
Move your body a bit.
Learn something small. Show up even when your energy's low.
You don't need motivation. You need momentum. And even the smallest effort counts more than you think. If today feels like survival mode...that's still progress.
Just don't give up. Do your best. Try your best. Find your happiness. Do the things that make you happy.
There's always a way out...
