AOW 課程紀錄：從觀念到實作的進階練習。

進階的意義不在於那張證照，而在於「讓你在海裡變得更游刃有餘」。

從 18 米到 30 米，不只是深度的改變，更是對水下控制力、心理素質與環境適應的全新修練。

五堂課程，我們不趕進度，只專注在每一堂課的細節裡：

• 導航練習：在未知的環境裡，找回方向的底氣。

• 深潛體驗：感受壓力的變化，練習保持清晰思緒。

• 中性浮力：微調呼吸，與大海達成真正的平衡。

把基礎做好，安全了，接下來在海裡的每一步，才會真正成為風景。

今天潛水前，我們居然救了一條鯨魚

今天早上的石朗，大概會讓在場所有人記一輩子。

下水途中，我們竟然目擊了一隻鯨魚擱淺。

看牠身上的傷口，疑似是剛經歷了一場與達摩鯊的生死搏鬥，

雖然幸運掙脫，卻在驚慌游向岸邊時不小心擱淺了。

當下所有人沒有遲疑，立刻展開救援行動，

大家先合力幫牠扶正身體，讓牠能順利呼吸、穩定情緒。

接著找來大帆布小心地包裹住牠，

最後現場所有人手跟潛水船全體動員，

用盡全身力氣，一步步把牠從岸邊抬拉出去。

當看到牠終於擺脫束縛、成功游回大海的那一刻，

現場的感動真的無法用言語形容！

希望受傷的你回海裡後要好好的，

繼續自由自在地游著。
