We are a team of professional fighters and have 4 Pro coaches who specialize in many different backgrounds. At our gym we teach Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Wrestling/Grappling, Muay Thai/Kickboxing, Cardio Strength and Conditioning class for fitness, and we have a fully certified Striking and Traditional Kung Fu Trainer as well.
