這幾天的能量真的像颱風一樣掃的我暈頭轉向的，內在的恐懼全浮出檯面，😱😱我感覺是在清理什麼，不管是什麼都好，有看見的沒看見的就讓一切順流。我允許我的恐懼出來，不再壓抑、不再討厭，就只是感受它。一切都會沒事的🫶🫶
