The 25th Deaflympics will be held in Tokyo, Japan, in November 2025. Captain Sam (Sam CHUI, Hong Kong Deaf Triathlete & Dream-pursuer; 琛哥, 香港首位聾人/聽障三鐵選手, 追夢者 ) is studying for a BSc in Physiotherapy in Taiwan, so he will not be participating in the cycling events at the Deaflympics 2025.

He will be back again after the graduation and get the License for Physiotherapy, let’s wish him success in study and have a great career pathway.

Fun-Triathlete Physiotherapy 瘋鐵人物理治療: 來自香港, 留學台灣的聽障物理治療系大學生

第 25 屆聽障奧運在2025年 11 月在日本東京舉行, 雖然隊長對此賽事表示強烈的興趣, 但奈何他學業繁忙, 正在台灣主攻物理治療的學士學位課程…. 他說他在畢業後, 考完國考拿到物理治療師的證照後就會積極地考慮復出參加聽障國際單車賽事…

希望大家可以祝福他學業順利, 順利畢業, 並且能考取物理治療師的證照!!!!

2024 Paris Summer Olympic Games - Deaf Athletes

Tomorrow it is the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and three deaf athletes are qualified and will be competing:

Diksha Dagar (Golf, India)
Aaron Small (Kayak, USA)
David Smith (Volleyball, USA)

Captain Sam is Studying Bachelor in Physiotherapy / Physical Therapy in Taiwan, very busy!!! But he will back again after his graduation, Maybe in 2026 or 2027, so he will not participate World Deaf Cycling Championships 2024 in Poland…

WDCC 2024 is in summer holiday, yes!!! But he doesn’t have enough time to prepare this championship

He said he hopes he can participate the race after graduation.
