WHY learn to pump in the first place?? Well: The reason why some riders WHIZZ OFF on almost flat trails 🚀 , while others seem sluggish on the SAME TRAIL 🐌 … is PUMPING! Pumping (used to generate speed without pedaling) is one of THE most underrated skills to help you graduate from being an „okay“ rider to an „awesome“ rider! 🚀 Here is some additional important info: WHERE is the compression? 
It’s directly BEFORE the bump. ⏩️ That’s where you need to BRACE against the forces by standing up 🔂 Then, shortly after, you need to BEND your legs and arms to absorb the bump ➡️ This will allow you to EXTEND against the next compression again 🔄 Extend and bend 🔄 Repeat The result: You’ll GENERATE speed and improve your - Coordination - Quick Strength - Endurance - Efficiency I have detailed tutorial with precise steps on how to pump with more common errors on my YT channel, simply send me a message for the direct link or enter „Roxybike how to pump tutorial“ in your preferred search engine. 內湖胖場多處出現紅火蟻入侵，請大家遠離，目前有安排人來處理，但因為河濱數量過多，不知道何時才能處理完成，務必不要讓小孩接近毀損蟻丘騷動

遙控車和單車各有各的場地，不要走錯喔！💪

各位車友您好，水利局在河濱公園也設置了專業搖控車場地，場地為遙控車專用，需求承重也不同，請各位越野單車朋友入如果有看到有趣的場地，請一定要閱讀指示牌，確認是什麼場地後才下場，如同彩虹輪狀車公園就是禁止遙控車下場，尊重彼此的興趣，謝謝。

最近天氣變涼，彩虹河濱輪狀車練習場人很多很熱鬧

但是人多就不太方便練招
所以高手就跑去桃園汴洲練大招了🤣

請注意10/14(六)上午到傍晚五點彩紅胖場將進行路面維修！

10/14早上會進行補修理，預計需要到下午五點後完成
