這個週末舉辦了AC Taipei與RC Celta的守門員教練課程，是一次非常棒的經驗。

我很喜歡與Celta青訓守門員主管 Diego Tuñas de Torre 一起合作並向他學習，希望我們明年能再次合作。

I loved working with and learning from Celta head of academy goalkeeping Diego Tuñas de Torre. I hope we can do it again next year.

真的很高興我已經完成了我的 UEFA B守門員教練 執照考試。

I get a lot of messages from goalkeepers, parents and coaches asking for my opinion on video clips. What could the goalkeeper do better? What advice would you give them?

It is something I'm happy to do and game analysis is a service I'm considering to offer in the future.

Teams concede goals, not just goalkeepers. Are all players given the same scrutiny as the goalkeeper?

What also needs to be asked:

Could the scoring opportunity be avoided with better defensive organization and action?

Does the goalkeeper communicate well and know how to organize the team defensively?

Personally I feel communication one of the most important skills in football, but it's something that too many undervalue.

我收到很多守門員、家長和教練的訊息，詢問我對影片片段的看法。守門員可以做什麼比較好？你會給他們什麼建議？

這是我樂意做的事情，我正在考慮在未來提供遊戲分析服務。

球隊會被進球，而不僅僅是守門員。所有球員都受到與守門員相同的審查嗎？

還需要問的是：

透過更好的防守組織和行動是否可以避免得分機會？

守門員是否溝通良好並且知道如何組織球隊防守？

我個人認為溝通是足球中最被低估的技巧之一，守門員必須成為領導者，但太多人低估了這一點。
