春暖花開之際的四月天，人間煙火中的北投瑜伽之光舉辨了一場深刻的艾揚格瑜伽理療探索。相信大家在大合照中的笑容，是充實知識後的喜悅與珍惜。

感謝 Stephanie Quirk 老師分享自身數十年的理療知識，第一部「從根基開始了解」已順利落幕。要謝謝每一位參與的朋友，包含十多位國外來的同學，注入了大家的專注與學習精神, 這次的教室不光是來練瑜伽，更是一個國際瑜伽知識交流的大場地。大家使用輔具練習互相調整的當下，這份共學的情誼最是珍貴。

2027年邀請大家來參加Stephanie老師的第一部與第二部曲課程，與我們一起發光

Spring warms and flowers bloom in April, Light of Yoga in the hustle and bustle of Beitou, we held an Iyengar Yoga Therapy Training course with Stephanie Quirk.

In the photo, we see everyone smiling with joy after the learning. We are grateful for the therapy wisdom and knowledge Stephanie shared. Part 1- Understanding from the Base [The Karmendriyas] concluded successfully.

We greatly appreciate all participants who traveled from near and far. Through this experience, it becomes a place not just for practicing but also for sharing.

Onward to the next chapter of learning in 2027! Dates for Part 2 and Part 1 are available now.

澳洲同學第三次來台灣的來訪告一段落了，我們再次有機會體驗澳洲老師的教學方式和澳洲同學的熱情！錯過的同學們也可以到澳洲雪梨 Marrickville Yoga Centre 參加他們的課程，還有 Simon和Hasu老師即將推出的理療學習課程! 我們會很想念妳們的!

Our fellow Australian practitioners' third visit to Taiwan is coming to an end, and we are grateful for the opportunity to experience Iyengar Yoga the Australian way and the company of our friends! Those who missed it can also join their classes at the Marrickville Yoga Centre in Sydney, Australia, including Simon and Hasu's upcoming Yoga Therapy Training. We will miss you all!

澳洲認證老師和練習者群聚瑜伽之光北投館，就在四月份！

4月16到20日澳洲Marrickville Yoga Centre的資深老師Simon Joannou和Hasu Opa-Clark 將帶領一群澳洲的練習者一起來台灣瑜伽小旅行！

屆時Simon和Hasu老師將於教室連續五天舉辦課程，早上兩小時體位法練習，下午兩小時修復課程，開放報名參加。每堂課程名額只有八位，全程英文教學，機會難得，別錯過囉！

From 16th to 20th of April, Senior Yoga teachers Simon Joannou and Hasu Opa-Clark from Marrickville Yoga Centre will lead a group of practitioners to Taiwan for a Yoga Retreat!

Both Simon and Hasu will conduct classes in Light of Yoga@Beitou, including two 2-hour Asanas and Restorative classes in the morning and afternoon, respectively.

All classes are conducted in English and limited to 8 slots so don't miss out!
