2025/09/06全器械 PPCI 師資培訓課程，10 位學員全數通過最終考試，全壘打。
這一班的學員，來自嘉義、台南、台中。每一週不辭辛勞地北上、南下，只為找到同一系統的老師學習、練習、對齊。她們結伴練功、彼此提醒，也一起度過最卡關的時刻，這裡也要感謝各位學姐們的幫忙，讓大家可以一直在高張力的訓練下精準地找到方向。
這已經不是單打獨鬥的時代，而是團隊一起變好的時代。

2025/10/22，我們第三階段的培訓畫下句點。從 Zoey 老師到 Jung-eun 老師，這三個月的震撼教育，讓大家幾乎像在為一場戰役備戰，不斷練習、不斷挑戰自己。從 Level I、II 到 III，每一步都不只是技巧的磨練，更是心智的蛻變。
這一路上，我們一起流汗、一起突破，從學員到夥伴，從個體到團隊。Peak Pilates 培養的不只是教學能力，而是一份彼此扶持、共同成長的革命情感。那份「妳進步，我也更好」的精神，正是最動人的地方。

On October 22, 2025, we officially wrapped up our Level III teacher training. From Zoey’s powerful sessions to Jung-eun’s inspiring guidance, these three months felt like preparing for battle — filled with sweat, challenges, and countless hours of practice.
From Level I to II to III, what transformed wasn’t just our teaching skills, but our mindset and spirit.Through every struggle and breakthrough, we became more than classmates — we became a team, united by a shared passion and purpose.
Peak Pilates doesn’t just train instructors; it shapes hearts, builds resilience, and nurtures a community that lifts each other higher.As your teacher, I couldn’t be prouder.
