✨ 對於日本古典劍術感到好奇嗎？
✨ 想多瞭解日本古典劍術的訓練方法嗎？
✨ 想要鍛練身心又擔心自己的體力不足嗎？
我們學習的是名為神道流（亦稱新当流）的古典劍術。
平時練習的主要內容為「型」（Kata），在約定的目標下合理地執行技術，並借此檢驗學習成果。
可以學到:
🔹 日本古典劍術的歷史。
🔹 日本古典劍術的基礎訓練與身體操作。
🔹 安全使用日本刀的方法。
🔹 培養專注力、覺察力與提升自信。
時間與地點:
📍 台北市Y17青少年育樂中心
🕒 星期六 @ 15:00-17:00

因為錯過了社團博覽會所以單獨擺攤招生 | Due to missing the club fair, we had to set up one on our own.
社課是每個禮拜二19：00-21：00在TR-609 | Club lessons are held every Tuesday 19:00-21:00 at TR-609.
特別感謝協助擺攤的同學們，還有幫忙搭帳篷的隔壁賣餅乾大哥 | Special thanks to the students who ran the booth, and to the cookie stand owner who helped us set up the tent.
