Whether it’s yoga or martial arts, we integrate diet, training, and lifestyle — with people who know why they’re here.

Some do handstands.
Some swing the mace.
Some just walk the mountain.
But the goal is the same: balance — physically and mentally.

Friday morning Qigong is a fun mountain community experience that explores breath and its connection to developing a strong body. We actually also get some city people who like the feeling of taking a break from the hustle and bustle of Big Taipei, even if it’s only for the morning. Many find it a good release after are hard week. Here’s to starting the weekend fresh with Yoga Martial.
