💡 關於價值的硬實力：
你是解決問題的人，
還是被解決的那個？

我們在職場與生活中的價值，往往取決於對待「問題」的態度。
最近對這個觀點很有感，與大家分享：

1️⃣ 價值的核心

我們工作的價值，就在於幫別人解決問題。
不論是解決他們「無法解決」的問題，還是解決他們「不想自己解決」的問題。

2️⃣ 價值的缺失

如果你不能解決問題，那頂多只是在這個問題裡，沒有貢獻出價值。這很現實，但也算安全。

3️⃣ 價值的危機

但如果你自己，就是那個「問題本身」，或是「製造問題」的人...
那你就是等著被別人解決。

因為這時候，你被解決掉，就是別人的價值所在了。

Are You Solving the Problem,
or Are You the Problem?

Our worth in the workplace—and in life—is often determined by how we handle problems.
Here is a perspective that struck a chord with me recently:

1️⃣ The Core of Value

The ultimate value of our work lies in solving problems for others.

Whether that means fixing issues they cannot solve, or taking care of things they don't want to handle themselves.

2️⃣ The Absence of Value

If you aren't solving the problem, you simply aren't contributing any value to the situation. It’s a harsh reality, but a relatively safe zone.

3️⃣ The Threat to Value
However, if you become the problem itself, or the one constantly creating it...

Then you are just waiting to be solved by someone else. At that point, eliminating you becomes their contribution.
