深入基層，來到板橋國小，與孩子們分享有關運動傷害預防與防護的知識。在這次演講中，我們分享了如何幫助他們減少運動中受傷的風險，並讓他們更認識自己的身體功能，以確保孩子們在成長過程中享受健康和安全的運動生涯。感謝板橋國小給我們這次寶貴的機會，能夠回饋基層，並為未來的運動員們打下堅實的基礎。

We had the privilege of visiting Banqiao Elementary School to share our knowledge on sports injury prevention and protection with the children. During our talk, we highlighted effective ways to reduce the risk of injuries in sports and helped them understand their body’s functions better, ensuring they embark on a healthy and safe athletic journey as they grow up. We are thankful to Banqiao Elementary School for giving us this valuable opportunity to contribute to the grassroots and lay a solid foundation for future athletes. Our visit was a great success, and we are confident that our insights have made a lasting impact on those who attended.
