本週六因比賽的關係，Scott教練下午兩點的巴西柔術課程暫停一次，但晚上七點的課程照常舉行。喔，對了，Eliot教練下午三點半的高階巴西柔術課程也是照常舉行喔！
Due to a competition this Saturday, Coach Scott’s 2:00pm BJJ class is canceled for this week. However, his 7:00pm class will still run as usual. Oh, and by the way, Coach Eliot’s 3:30pm Advanced BJJ class is also on as scheduled!

今天5/2(六)下午兩點Scott教練的課程取消一次，但下午三點半Eliot教練的課程維持正常喔！祝各位勞動節快樂！

從這週開始，我們課程的地點有些許調動！主要是Eliot教練的課，都移到了民生路教室，讓大家有比較寬敞的空間活動。而Scott教練星期四晚上的課程移到了星期五晚上，同時Penny老師的賦能運動課移到了莒光路教室。不好意思造成大家不便，請記得不要跑錯教室喔！
Starting this week, please note the following changes:
Coach Eliot’s Classes: Moved to Minsheng Road location for a more spacious environment.
Coach Scott’s Thursday Night Class: Rescheduled to Friday night.
Penny’s Empowerment Class: Moved to Juguang Road location.

【收費調整公告】

我們武館自 2015 年 3 月成立以來，始終維持每堂 400 元的標準。這 11 年間一直希望能讓大家在可負擔的範圍內，享有優良師資與運動樂趣。然而隨著物價與經營成本攀升，不得不從三月起調整收費機制如下：

1. 單次收費：每堂 500 元
老顧客都知道，我們一堂課常常可以玩到很晚，遠遠不只一小時，動輒兩小時甚至三小時。所以每堂500元仍然很優惠喔！

2. 莒光路常客方案（Eliot & 柏翔教練）
同一週內返館練習第二次，第二次優惠收費僅 400 元。
同一個月返館練習滿四次，第五次開始收費僅 300 元。

3. 民生路課程優惠
民生路 Scott 教練（柔術）、Penny 老師（賦能運動）及 Fish 老師（瑜珈）皆有多堂優惠價，詳情請參閱課表。

4. 新生首次體驗
推廣價每堂 350 元。

這是我們 11 年來首度調價，希望大家體諒這個決定。誠摯感謝各位長久以來的支持，我們也將持續努力，為各位提供優質師資與最棒的練習樂趣！

Since the gym started in March 2015, we’ve kept our rate at NT$400 per class. For 11 years, we’ve done our best to keep high-quality coaching affordable and fun for everyone. But with cost rising, we have to make the tough call to update our prices starting this March:

1. Drop-in Rate: $500
As our members know, our sessions often run late – frequently extending to two or even three hours of training. At $500 per session, it remains an exceptional value for the time and quality provided!

2. Juguang Road Frequent Flyer (Coach Eliot & Bohsiang)
Second visit in the same week: Discounted rate of $400.
After your 4th visit within a single month, every class from the 5th session onwards is only $300.

3. Minsheng Road Special Deals
We’ve got multi-session bundles for Coach Scott’s BJJ, Penny’s Exercising, and Fish’s Yoga classes. Please refer to the official class schedule for details.

4. First-Timers
First-time trial is NT$350.

This is our first price change in 11 years, so we really appreciate your understanding. Huge thanks for sticking with us all this time – we’ll keep bringing you the best coaching and the best vibes on the mats!

我們過年期間課程調整情況如下：

民生路場址：
Scott教練2/16(一)晚上的柔術課、2/18(三)兒童柔術課，都暫停一次，其餘課程維持正常。偷偷提醒各位，Scott教練明天也就是2/16(一)下午一點還有開課，過年前太無聊想練的話可以把握機會喔！
Penny老師2/17(二)晚上的賦能運動課程暫停一次。
Fish老師2/21(六)晚上的瑜珈課程暫停一次。

莒光路場址：
柏翔教練2/16(一)與2/18(三)的打擊技課程都暫停一次。
Eliot教練2/15(二)的no gi課程暫停一次。但2/17(四)的MMA格鬥課程正常喔！

Chinese New Year Class Schedule Adjustments
Please see below for our class adjustments during the Lunar New Year holiday:

Minsheng Rd Location:

Coach Scott: Feb 16 (Mon) evening Jiu-Jitsu class and Feb 18 (Wed) Kids' Jiu-Jitsu class are canceled. All other classes will proceed as scheduled. Quick Reminder: Coach Scott is holding a class tomorrow, Feb 16 (Mon) at 1:00 PM. If you're looking for a workout before the holiday officially begins, don't miss out!

Coach Penny: Feb 17 (Tue) evening Empower Movement class is canceled.

Coach Fish: Feb 21 (Sat) evening Yoga class is canceled.

Ju-Guang Rd. Location:

Coach Bo-Hsiang: Feb 16 (Mon) and Feb 18 (Wed) Striking classes are canceled.

Coach Eliot: Feb 15 (Tue) No-Gi class is canceled. However, the MMA class on Feb 17 (Thu) will be held as normal!
