The Parker Solar Probe's thermal isolation and cooling technologies are fascinating and crucial for its mission.
 Thermal Isolation :
The Parker Solar Probe is equipped with a Thermal Protection System (TPS) that acts as a heat shield. This shield is made of a carbon-composite material that can withstand temperatures up to 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit (about 1,377 degrees Celsius).
 Thermal Cooling Design :
The Solar Array Cooling System (SACS) is another critical technology. The SACS uses a closed-loop cooling system with deionized water as the coolant. This system helps to keep the solar arrays, which generate power for the spacecraft, at an optimal temperature.

宏山科技有限公司是在臺灣的一家專業廠商，專業於客製化設計製造水冷盤（各種形狀）、水冷系統（含溫控冰水循環機、熱交換機）、鐵氟龍噴塗代工、日本特殊塗料代理。
本案是一家連鎖便當店委託噴塗食品級不沾鐵氟龍，其50人份內鍋塗層容易脫落，因此委託本公司重新噴塗食品級不沾鐵氟龍，原內鍋塗層為單層噴塗，優點為便宜且好製造，但缺點是使用壽命短（約2～6個月）；本公司為其噴塗三層食品級塗層，優點是不沾特性更好且使用壽命更長（無外力碰撞下約1～2年），缺點是製程繁瑣且成本高。
無論單層噴塗或三層噴塗，宏山科技都可依據客戶需要提供適合的鐵氟龍噴塗服務。

This case was a project developed to meet high-energy cooling demand by using our liquid cooling solution comprising a liquid-cold plate HS05MWCP and thermostat liquid chiller RC6311. Until now,it has been running 2.5 years in user's factory and still keeping excellent cooling performance.
