防身術的目的是解決或避免衝突的發生，危機發生往往瞬間就影響生命安全，必須迅速判斷、以精簡動作，立即的反應才足以化解危機。利用拳擊技巧組成嚴謹的架構，讓雙拳配合著多變的身法、步法及節奏，產生一連串組合攻擊，相當適合現代人雕塑身材建立自信及釋放壓力並同步學習防身。

您好，我們是美國科洲截拳道-臺灣推廣中心暨中山大學防身技擊社！
通知您ㄧ則好消息，我們將在9月29號（四）19:00～21:00於新興區活動中心4樓（新興區黃海街62號）開辦體驗課程，敬邀您ㄧ同共襄盛舉！
此課程全程免費，若有興趣參加請回覆至0925225070（汪教練）
參加活動請穿著輕便休閒服裝及運動鞋，場地外備有飲水機，可自行取用！

Hello everyone!
This is JKD Colorado Promoting center in Taiwan.We are glad to inform you great news!We are going to hold a experimenting lesson on September 29th at Xinxing District activity center(No.62 Huang-Hai road Xinxing District)
The session will take place on 19:00~21:00.The whole experimenting lesson will be free!Call 0925225070 (coach Wang) if you are interested.We provide free drinking water,and all you have to do is wear sportswear and shoes.
We'll meet you there and hope you to enjoy the demonstration of JKD.
