Specializing in personalized, boutique-style yoga tutoring, I offer customized sessions that encompass yoga postures, Pilates, breathwork, and guided meditation. 全職自由瑜珈老師，提供精緻小班瑜珈家教課程，客製化教學內容，包括瑜珈體式練習、皮拉提斯、呼吸法、冥想引導等；除此之外也於台北各大小健身中心、健身房開授團體課程，並接受企業合作、戶外瑜珈教學等活動邀約。
