MOMTONG-BARO-JIREUGI(Tunk straight punch)
The side of the leg which is stepped forward is the opposite of that of the punching arm,
To increase the impact of the trunk punch, use the centrifugal force of the rotating motion of the punching arm and the pulling arm round the waist.

Kicking position, c**k the kicking leg and start the hips rotating, kick,extend kicking leg in an area to attack target, follow through with hips, strike with ball or foot of instep, snap leg back to complete kick

However ,people ordinary view the body as an exterior world and mind as an interior world. One can convey what ones mind experiences,i.e,ones ideas, only through ones physical action, e.g,bodily movements (kicking, punching, etc)speaking,writing and others
