Long ago, more than 3,000 years ago, there was an Egyptian king with great pride and great power. This is the Pharaoh of the time of Prophet Moses (A.S.), associated with the kings of the 19th dynasty, including Ramses II.

The pharaoh claimed to be a god, persecuted the Children of Israel, and rejected the call of Prophet Moses to worship the True God. He saw his power and kingdom as eternal.
