Hatupaswi kuyaona mazoezi k**a jambo la watu fulani au mazoezi yapo kwa ajili ya kundi fulani la watu k**a ilivyo kula, kunywa, kutafuta vipato ndivyo ilivyo kwenye mazoezi pia.

Ungana na familia ya katika kujenga mahekalu ya Mungu kwa mazoezi na mafundisho ya kiafya kutoka kwa wataalamu mbalimbali kuwa karibu na page zetu kuhakikisha kuwa hupitwi na taarifa muhimu za wapi na lini mazoezi yatafanyika.

Karibu kwenye Push-up challenge group. Lengo ni kuongeza uwezo wetu wa push up na mazoezi kiujumla. Tutaanza na Push up 10 kwa mkupuo , na kila siku tutakuwa tukiongeza PUSH UP mbili mbili mpaka tufike PUSH UP 100 kwa mkupuo. 🔥🔥

Kila mtu atatuma video yake akifanya push up kulingana na idadi ya hiyo siku. Tunaanza Tarehe 26/3/2026 kwa PUSH UP 10.

Hivyo, kufanya mazoezi mara kwa mara ni njia nzuri ya kuhakikisha afya bora na maisha marefu yenye furaha.

Tunapokutanika kuandaa mahekalu kwa njia ya mazoezi sio tu inatia moyo wa kuendelea kuwa na matumaini bali inaamsha pia hali ya kuzidi kuwafikia wengine na kuwakumbusha umuhimu wa afya ya mwili kwa manufaa yao ya baadae.
