GreenZ & LULU apartments
GreenZ is a new, fully furnished, self-catering apartment building, located 70 meters from the beach, in the heart of Jambiani. Popular with young people looking for affordable luxury, these apartments are tastefully decorated and furnished with local dhow wood bringing that touch of Zanzibar to a modern and fresh design. GreenZ has a large terrace with baraza “sofa” and comfy pillows, half of which is shaded by a tent that takes on the feel of a dhow sail. Here we provide sunbeds for you to laze around in the day and stare gaze at night. From this same spot, you can take in the dawn of a new day and watch the sun setting behind the swaying palms. Breakfast is also served daily on the terrace and one time, each week, we will be hosting a burger night. To play our part in saving our environment from unnecessary use of plastic water bottles, GreenZ provides free cold water to all guests from a dispenser available on our terrace. For those of you who are kiting enthusiasts or are coming to Zanzibar to learn one of the fastest growing sports in the world, we are in co-operation with a kite school and can offer a 10 % discount on all courses.
We are also conveniently located right behind our sister hotel, Jambiani Villas and La Shira restaurant.
