Our internships combine adventure, conservation, community and hands-on experience in one of the most beautiful marine ecosystems in the world.

🪸 Coral Gardening Internship
In partnership with , gain hands-on experience in reef restoration by working in coral nurseries, learning the science behind coral gardening, and helping restore reefs while supporting local conservation efforts.

🦈 Whale Shark Internship
Work alongside our guides and marine researchers to operate responsible whale shark excursions, learn boat handling and sailing, and contribute to conservation and community projects on Mafia Island.

Keep a safe distance from the tail, don’t swim under them, try not to splash too much or chase and never ever, no, nay, never touch them 🌍✨ They are wild. Please let’s respect their right to remain wild and not become another commodity for our amusement.
