Finnish walking or Nordic walking
Call it what you want - if you like long walks, then this is your option. Special poles, similar to ski poles, are added to a regular walk, which reduces the risk of injury and stress on the joints. Moreover, such walking strengthens the muscles of the body: back, abs and arms. However, the important fact is that it is worth doing Nordic walking before the onset of cold weather, until the ground is covered with snow and ice - there is a big risk of slipping, falling and getting injured.
