We have been betrayed by those we entrusted with our voice in the August House. Our Members of Parliament, who swore to represent us and defend the constitution have instead sold our generational worth for a mere 100 million. By supporting and signing the UPDF Amendment Bill 2025, they have shown where their loyalties lie — not with the people, but with personal gain.No votes for NRM No votes for DP

As Ugandans, we have come to accept the betrayal and sellout by our Members of Parliament, especially those from the ruling party (NRM), who have dragged us back to the dark days reminiscent of Idi Amin’s regime.
Very soon, we may find ourselves dressing like North Koreans, as we too are being governed under a similarly oppressive system. But the elections are not far off—no NRM MP or the bride party (DP) should be voted back into office.
For God and my sold country.
