(1) Sit ups do set of 100 to 200 reps this helps you to build strong core muscles and getting flat abs or six packs
(2) Powers jumps.....do set of 500 to 1000 reps to help you sheck of all the body fats and improves blood circulation but over weight people shouldn't Power jump only mondifier
(3) push up dump bell rises to help build stregth and lean muscles
