Bootcamp is back and its gonna be big and better, we cannot wait to host you.
This obstacle course is a series of challenging functional exercises created by to help improve on your core stability, balance, full body strength and conditioning, mascular and cardiovascular endurance.
This series is designed to help everyone burn more calories using EPOC(excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). Meaning you can still keep burning calories long after the bootcamp is done.
Whether you are an ordinary person who just wants a good workout , or a professional athlete. It caters for everyone and the good part is that the exercises can be modified to suit your fitness levels from beginner to expert.
It is indeed a nice way to wrap up your training week with some healthy competition while everyone still pushes everyone to complete the obstacle course challenge!

Hello lovely people hope your all doing great and still staying healthy. Would like to take this opportunity firstly to thank the Almighty who has shown us his mercy we are more than grateful. Secondly i would like to thank all of you our family members for the love and support you have shown us we are really appreciative and grateful.
